Responsibilities include teaching 4th and 5th grade math and 5th grade religion, managing a class of approximately 25, and working with the 5th grade co-teacher.  4th and 5th grade teachers form the intermediate team.  This is a full time position with a 5th grade homeroom.

This is a full-time position beginning August 1, 2023.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be an actively practicing Catholic who has a desire to share the faith with students.
• Hold a valid teaching license or at a minimum have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution and demonstrate proficiency in the content area taught.
• Utilize technology in the classroom for teaching and learning.
• Work in partnership with teachers, specialists, support staff, and administration.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, staff members, and the community.
• Be committed to academic excellence and a willingness to meet the educational needs of the individual student.
