The Ideal Candidate:

-Desire to work in a Christ-centered Learning Environment
-Will be certified in Tennessee, or have the ability to become Certified if
transferring from out of state
-Has an understanding of the rigorous, standards-based instructional needs of
the grade level
-Utilizes a combination of teaching strategies to reach all learners
-Has good classroom management skills
-Has a good understanding of the social-emotional needs of the grade level
-Has good technology skills and is familiar with Microsoft products, Apple
and Google Platforms
-Ability to collaborate with other staff members and administration
-Is organized, flexible, creative, patient, fair, timely, and engaging
-Must be able to pass all required fingerprinting and background checks as required by the Diocese of Nashville and the State of Tennessee.
