Forming young children in an environment where love for God and neighbor is lived and taught is essential for an Overbrook Teacher Aide. This position is responsible for assisting the Lead Teacher in educating students at the preschool three-year-old level based on the curriculum and pedagogy. The Teacher Aide collaborates in creating a nurturing and compassionate classroom atmosphere where children thrive.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and experience with young children are required.

Creativity, understanding of the young child, highly effective communication, and collaborative skills are essential.

Experience with Montessori methods is preferred, and openness to professional development is required.
