St. Bernard Academy (Nashville, TN) seeks an energetic Mathematics and Science teacher with the skills and desire to support St. Bernard Academy in the areas of student growth, responsibility, and creativity. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a team of professionals in an educational environment that is progressive and fast-paced.

The full-time position begins August 1, 2024.

Position requirements: Candidates will be expected to have an undergraduate and/or advanced degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field and have experience working with middle school students. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Full-time teaching
• Collaboration and professional approach to all interactions with colleagues, students, and parents
• Work with the school community to connect SBA to the broader community

Compensation: This is a school-year position. Salary is dependent on education, experience, and teaching assignment. SBA is a co-ed, independent, Catholic day school serving 370 students in levels PreK-3 through eight.
