Overbrook Catholic School is seeking a Full-Time Lead Teacher for our Level One Montessori Classroom. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, Catholic preschool-3 through 6th grade school environment with a mission to prepare children in mind and heart to give joyful witness to Jesus in their own lives.
The classroom is fully equipped and supported by a dedicated teacher’s aide, with additional opportunities for collaboration among faculty and staff across the campus.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrate the Catholic faith and values into the daily classroom experience, helping students grow spiritually, intellectually, and socially.
- Implementation of Montessori Curriculum
- Planning and preparation of materials and environments
- Collaborate with the teacher’s aide and other faculty to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
- Documentation of student progress
- Communicating with Staff, Parents, and Administration
- Participate in campus-wide professional development and community life.
Qualifications
- Montessori training and certification required
- Catholic school experience preferred
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Excellent teaching and classroom management skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
