Description
The Glenmary Home Missioners and Holy Family Catholic Church in Lafayette, TN (Nashville Diocese) seek a Pastoral Associate to collaborate with the Pastor in providing leadership and youth/young adult ministry in Lafayette, TN.
Responsibilities include:
- Ministry to youth (ages 12–18)
- Ministry to young adults (ages 18–35)
- Faith formation
- RCIA
- Evangelization
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's in theology, pastoral ministry, or religious studies is required
- A Master's is preferred
- Previous rural parish ministry experience would be beneficial
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Compensation:
- Salary commensurate with education and experience
