Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, reading, or special education and experience working with children with learning differences. Certification in Dyslexia or a graduate degree in reading instruction is preferred.
Responsibilities and requirements:
The Overbrook Catholic School Reading Specialist provides support to those students in need of remediation in reading, spelling, and/or written expression. Also included is reviewing educational testing and creating Individual Action Plans for students.
