Supervisor

Time Commitment

• 8:30am-3:30pm on campus on Mondays and Thursdays for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Responsibilities

• Implement all school nursery policies
• Implements any direction given by Head of School to nursery
• Organizes nursery to best fit the needs of the babies
• Changes diapers and outfits as needed
• Oversees snack and mealtime for babies and follows nursery food policies
• Manages nap time routines for babies
• Takes babies outside for recess and outdoor time
• Communicate with Head of School and mothers when babies need to nurse or are in need of their mothers
• Ensures adult to child ratios are properly met at all times
• Send home daily information sheet to parents regarding babies’ naps, meals, diaper changes, etc.
• Communicate with parents when necessary
• Sends weekly email update to parents
• Assists potty trained children as needed with using the restroom following safe environment standards and protocols

Education Requirements

• High school diploma.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in a daycare setting preferred.

About
Koinonia Hybrid Academy is a new hybrid school rooted in the Catholic tradition, located in Nashville, TN. We are opening our doors this 2025-2026 school year. We will meet in person on Mondays and Thursdays in a setting similar to a Catholic school, and families will follow our provided lesson plans on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to homeschool. We will enroll students in Pre-K3 through 8th grade in the 2025-2026 school year but hope to add high school in the future.
