The primary responsibility of the Preschool Teacher Aide in 3-year-old classroom is to assist the lead teacher in educating and caring for students at the preschool level. Love for children is essential, experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. The ability to nurture children spiritually, academically, physically, emotionally, and socially according to the mission of the school is essential.
